Dr. C.A Onitiri is a visionary educator and brand strategist dedicated to redefining early childhood development in Lagos. With a professional background in digital media and brand consultancy, Dr. C.A Onitiri brings a unique blend of creative thinking and structured excellence to the educational landscape.

The inspiration for The Pearl Crèche and Pre-School was born from a deep-seated belief that every child is a “pearl”—a precious gift full of hidden potential, promise, and purpose. Observing a need for a nurturing environment that balances rigorous academics with genuine emotional warmth, Dr. C.A Onitiri established the school in September 2023.

Under their leadership, The Pearl has quickly become a cornerstone of the Thera Annex Estate community. By integrating a sophisticated, blended curriculum of British, Nigerian, and Montessori methodologies, Dr. C.A Onitiri ensures that students are not just meeting milestones, but are building a robust foundation for life.

A firm believer in the “Safe, Loving, and Academically Sound” philosophy, Dr. C.A Onitiri remains hands-on in ensuring the school maintains its Lagos State Government Approved status while fostering an atmosphere where children feel empowered to explore their world. When not at the school, Dr. C.A Onitiri continues to consult on creative brand identities, a passion for excellence that is reflected in every corner of The Pearl’s vibrant campus.
